Secure your appointment 

To secure your appointment, a card on file is mandatory. Card on file makes it easy for clients to safely store credit and Visa debit card information. Please do not worry, as we do not have access to your card. A cancellation fee depending on the service will be drawn only if you do not show up at your scheduled appointment.

Delays

15 minutes late = additional 10$ fee applies. More than 15 minutes will result into automatically cancelling your appointment and the deposit remains non-refundable.

Please arrive with clean eyelashes, no mascara

Mascara removal + lash bath is an additional 10$ fee. If possible, please avoid drinking any caffeinated beverage before the appointment. Caffeine is very stimulating which causes twitching in the eyes, which will result in discomfort to the client.

Refills

• Refills are to be done every 2-3 weeks.
• A minimum of 40% of extensions should be in tact to be considered a refill.
• 4 weeks is considered a full set.
• Foreign refills (refill on other lash techs work) are not accepted. When coming with lash extensions done on another technician outside of LASHWOMAN, a removal must be booked and a full set will be done.
